About Kaptain Karaage
Balraj’s love for Japanese food was sparked during his travels in Osaka, and he’s brought those incredible flavours back to Scotland. He’s on a mission to make you fall in love with it just as much as he has!
You’ll find crispy, golden karaage (fried chicken), alongside other mouthwatering Japanese street food favourites. From flavour-packed Wagyu hot dogs to loaded Furikake fries, every dish transports you to the bustling streets of Japan.
