Tony's Cheesy Chilli Naan
Ingredients
Left over naan (can be heels of bread or slices of bread)
170g mature cheddar, coarsely grated
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 small chopped red onion
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger puree
1 tsp garlic puree
4 tablespoons Dip and Drizzle Mango and Chilli Sauce
Method
In a bowl place the cheese, spices, coriander, chopped onion and Dip and Drizzle mango and chilli sauce. Give it a good mix.
Spread on the leftover naans or heels of bread and pop them into the air fryer or a medium heat oven.
Cooked until gooey or for 5 minutes in the oven, then finish under the grill.
Finish with extra mango and chilli sauce and a dash of tamarind sauce!
