Tony's Cheesy Chilli Naan

Ingredients

  • Left over naan (can be heels of bread or slices of bread) 

  • 170g mature cheddar, coarsely grated 

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander 

  • 1 small chopped red onion  

  • 1 tsp chilli powder  

  • 1 tsp ginger puree 

  • 1 tsp garlic puree 

  • 4 tablespoons Dip and Drizzle Mango and Chilli Sauce  

Method

  • In a bowl place the cheese, spices, coriander, chopped onion and Dip and Drizzle mango and chilli sauce. Give it a good mix. 

  • Spread on the leftover naans or heels of bread and pop them into the air fryer or a medium heat oven.  

  • Cooked until gooey or for 5 minutes in the oven, then finish under the grill. 

  • Finish with extra mango and chilli sauce and a dash of tamarind sauce!
